HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please notify us via hello@lasarda.tempurl.host that you plan to return an item, along with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service to make sure we receive your return. To complete your return, we require you send us a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.

Remember, for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the original condition with all tags attached and returned within 30 days of the date when your order was delivered.

REFUNDS
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges (if applicable) on items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email hello@lasarda.tempurl.host and send your item to the address above.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at hello@lasarda.tempurl.host so we can resolve this for you.
